Thursday: couldn't wake up very well. Julie wanted me to check on the response from my ECR submission, but we didn't get a response yet. I'll probably email them tomorrow if there still isn't a response by then. The weather was dripping a little while I drove to get lunch at Chipotle before heading to Acme. While I was out, I played a couple rounds of Hearthstone with the last-minute balance changes before the expansion next month. At Acme, this was second week in a row where they didn't have my preferred type of peanuts, and I forgot to pick up a second variety of cat food, but Julie will go by again on Saturday for her own groceries.
Once I was home, I worked on my IF project, where I'm being a little more deliberate with some initialization procedures and data tracking. Need to rewrite several rooms, too.
After Julie was done with work, she had planned to make a pork roast with mashed potatoes, but the water boiled off and the potatoes got a little scorched. Not too bad, though. On Twitch, the Disco Elysium streams I've been watching came to a premature hiatus, but the prospect of seeing Outer Wilds and Pentiment streams sooner is still pretty exciting.
Wednesday: I went shopping and picked up Taco Bell for lunch. Day 3 of my new schedule followed. We finished up the leftover beef stew for dinner, and I wound up staying up later since Julie had complained about being unable to get to sleep when I went to bed first the night before.
Tuesday: to celebrate 2/22/22, I released version 2 of my game The Exigent Seasons. It doesn't really work as a game, but as a toy, it meets all of my goals.
