Thursday: stayed up too late, but Julie woke me up to pick up lunch from the Chinese restaurant around the corner. I wanted to go to the grocery store, but with road blocked thanks to the construction that just started, we were concerned parking again afterwards would be a pain, so I decided not to try today. Instead, I crashed in the office with John and Pigs for much of the rest of the day, which won't be great for my sleep issues. Julie's evening plans were to go out for a bocce ball league game, so I was on my own for the night, and I started by treating the cats to some of the lickable cat treats we'd bought when trying to get Koop and Cliff to eat. All the cats but Mim were really into them. Once they were sated, I walked up to the Chipotle and brought my dinner back home. Julie returned not long later; she had fun, and they won their first game. She soon went to bed, and after I'd fixed a problem with one of my Hearthstone decks, I had my frittata as planned and played some Fallen London before doing the dishes and going to bed way too late, once again.
IS THE COUGH STILL HERE? YES, though it seemed less bad today?
Tuesday: high call volume continues with a lot of demanding follow-ups. I had leftover cheeseburger soup and did a bit more grinding in Final Fantasy XIV, but realized too late that I should be focusing my energies on my dancer job than my machinist job, as the former's much closer to being the appropriate level to pass this difficulty check I'm currently stuck on. (It's the quest "Worthy of his Back," and after literal months of arrested progress, you'd think I'd just lower the difficulty and move on. I might, soon.)
