Sunday: typical weekend workday for me, followed by a night in which Julie made fried rice. We caught up on Ghosts and Lower Decks, then unexpectedly watched Encounter at Farpoint in Star Trek.
Friday: While I barely got more done today than I did yesterday, I get to go shopping for some odds and ends. I couldn't muster the volition not to go to McDonald's for lunch, but they had some event going on Oregon, so I had to drive out of my way to get there. I wound up picking up some pita discs for my hummus, so we'll see how that goes. After I got home and cleaned up, I assembled the pizzas I'd prepared earlier in the day, though I accidentally used all of Julie's sliced onion and jalapeno on her pizza rather than an appropriate amount, so her pizza ended up a little undercooked in the toppings. We continued watching It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, though after Julie went to bed, I jumped back into WoW. When I first started playing back in 2010 and 11, I reached endgame about the same time that the Firelands raids released in Cataclysm, so the fact that this week's update brings Druids of the Flame back to the list of active antagonists feels like I'm coming full circle. As such, I was able to make a big dent in the story quests I needed to finish, finally getting into the new Emerald Dream zone.

Jason took us to Alcatraz! The ferry ride over was almost as memorable as the prison itself. Started feeling sick once we got back to the car, and I pretty much just drowsed as we drove around the city.
