Wednesday: I took the car to the store for groceries, which was chaotic on account of the imminent holiday. I brought Taco Bell home for lunch, and after we finished eating, I started preparing the roasted broccoli and quiche with goat cheese that I planned to bake in the oven. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab the half and half or sour cream before checking out, so I had to run to the local Acme to bring finish my prep. Since our usual Tuesday and Thursday activities were going to be disrupted (and since our evening meal was so delayed), we pursued our own interests. In my case, that included watching some random Cave Story videos as well as the A Question of Character Episode 200 Spectacular. In bed, I stayed up way too late playing my last serious Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp session before it went offline: I bought out a bunch of market boxes, took screenshots of the fairwell loading screens, sent and received as many gifts as the game would permit, and otherwise tried to get my affairs in order.
Monday: don't even want to think about how busy I am at work right now. Once I was finished, we got bundled up to go to Jimmy's Quizzo night. This is the start of the December tournament, so our scores will carry over for the next few games. Unfortunately, we came in 4th or 5th, even with Phil providing a third member of our team. (This was the time where we were really close to another table and I was positioned on the end so I was basically just facing these people directly all night. Kinda awkward.) We had our usual Caesar salad and pizza, though it's never quite as filling with three people sharing. After we got back, I finished the last of the brownies and leveled up more alts in World of Warcraft. (This time, I was catching up on some of the classes that I don't like as well, like rogue and druid.)
