Tuesday: after my shift today, we walked over to POPE for the monthly trivia. I had to grab a chair from the back room, since the available table up front only had one. We played as "The Tunnel Snakes" to honor Vault 101 and Fallout 3, and we ended up in second place overall. This meant we ended up winning both some money off our tab as well as a copy of this musician's book for being the top two-player team. Just like last month, I used the knife to cut up my burger but then had to use a toothpick in place of a fork, since they only gave us one table setting worth of silverware. Oh, something noteworthy on our way there: they've finally reopened Morris! No longer do we have to circumnavigate the neighborhood on our weekly shopping trips! After we'd walked back home, I logged into "Legion Remix" and got my third class to max level: mistweaver monk seems pretty fun to play. Stayed up too late, though.
Monday: not a bad work shift, all things considered. I ended my shift by taking some calls with trainee observers, and once we were ready for trivia, we walked through the drizzly weather to the bar. The crowd was thick, and we ended up at a table where a bunch of older ladies kept joking about asking me for my answers. The holiday music round was a beating, though, and we didn't place.
Saturday: I spent a lot of time on chat support and catching up on work after my three-day weekend. The leftover veggie pasta and feta was gone all too quickly. We watched more Murder, She Wrote, but with Orange Juice and Koop providing extra warmth, I was soon nodding off in the egg chair, so Julie switched over to an episode of Downton Abbey. Plans to continue working on my minigame were derailed by a trip through the Fallen London wiki for some leveling guidance. I'm about 10 Persuasive and 13 Shadowy short of becoming a Person of Some Importance.
Friday: Kenyatta and I had to get across town to make our flights, so Jasmine drove us from the hotel to the airport. Connections in St. Louis and Chicago, much like my trip out. After getting home, I returned Julie's extra phone so we could begin the process of activating my replacement device, which had arrived while I was away.

Friday: a rough morning. Julie had to take Frank to the vet due to respiratory distress, but she'd barely been at work before she had to pick me up when my car battery died.
