Sunday: Julie flies out of town tomorrow, so did her laundry while I was working. (I got caught up on a lengthy group, and wasn't able to make as much progress as I'd hoped.) The heat in the apartment's bad enough that we've got multiple fans running whenever we're spending time in a room. After work, we had leftovers, so I had more of the cheeseburger soup. I napped for a few hours in the bedroom before I did some additional prep in FFXIV, including getting Machinist to max level, which I was planning to use for most of the Dawntrail MSQ in less than a week. Stayed up a little too late, but I'm just making a short update before I go to bed again.
Friday: work proved just a touch busier than I would have hoped. Spent a good hour in a training session for reasons I cannot yet talk about. I finished the scalloped potatoes on my lunch break, and I caught up on the parts of the Disco Elysium livestream from last night that I'd been unable to attend. Julie's original dinner plan stalled, so she pivoted to a chicken and rice casserole with vegetables and quartered slices of that sausage we've had piling up in the fridge drawers for the last couple months.
When I had some time, I played a bit of Hearthstone, as they're retiring the Classic format in a couple of days in favor of the more variable Twist format. I'm trying to knock out as many Classic-era achievements I hadn't gotten around to yet, and I had some good luck with a druid deck for that purpose, though I could never quite deal lethal fatigue damage using Naturalize. Might try some more over the weekend.
After that got old, I went through some of my music and posted about a couple tracks I've been particularly attached to lately on web forums before working on this website. I added a "favicon", which is the little emblem that appears to the left of the page title on a bookmark or browser tab. It's pretty bad, which makes it good. I also updated the OneBox description from "part weblog, part calendar, part social media timeline, part index of pointless videogame accomplishments" to the less-truncated "part weblog, part calendar, ALL PURPOSELESS". I guess I'm keeping the spirit of the Page of Purposelessness alive.

Sunday: at the West YMCA, we played racquetball, and Julie finally won a game off of me. She was very excited by this development.
