Sunday: spent way, way too long watching videos through the night. I eventually passed out on the bed in the office for like an hour before my work shift. Despite this, it was a pretty productive workday, with lots of chat support and project work. Julie made chili for dinner, and we watched the final Poirot episode on the current disc. (This was the one where they get stranded at the mountain retreat after the funicular tunnel clogs with snow. Despite the suggestions of physical abuse and mental illness, the whole affair feels a little goofy.) I then came to the office to read Ryan's latest annotated source code. This month, he provided annotations on the game he's made which I enjoyed the most: The Little Match Girl 4: Crown of Pearls. I stopped long enough to eat some grapes while making updates to my unlisted music playlist on youtube, which mostly involved adding some of my preferred Dawntrail tracks. Once midnight hit, I posted this update.
Friday: we woke up early to take Koop and John to the vet. First we gave Koop a second sedative, and then after an hour, we grabbed 'em both and put 'em in carriers. This might have been a bloodier process just a couple years ago, but they're slowing down in their old age. Julie drove us to the Love City Vet, and while it turned out Koop didn't need her immunizations again just yet, we ran John through a full gamut of tests to make sure he's not having organ or dietary issues that would explain his preference for only treats (and mayonnaise, when he can get it) over the food we obtain specifically for his urinary health.
After we got back home, I watched the first couple videos of a 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim Let's Play while I ate breakfast and prepared for my shift to start. The good side of the shift today is that I have a new project that I'm going to be working on regularly which I far prefer to receiving calls. The bad side of my shift today is that I had a bunch of follow-ups that all turned up at once and demanded my attention right at the end of my shift. They were really making me earn my weekend.
While I was wrestling with that, Julie had dinner with one of her new friends, so once I finally got out, I finished my leftover burgers and broccoli from Sunday. I've probably been up to late since I've been bouncing between diversions that don't really need my attention, so I'm going to crash now.
Today was my last day as an Internet Banking Specialist at Intrust Bank.

Thursday: this is around the time we winto to the Grells' place to celebrate Jessica's 30th. At least, this is when Clinton posted the photo of us at the table after eating burgers.

Tuesday: today, I'm taken aback by just how colorful a cat Angel is. At a glance, she looks black, but she's got a mix of brown fur in her coat that becomes visible under certain lighting conditions. I also did the dishes.
