Thursday: after work, Julie went to bocce, and they had a double-header to make up for missing last week. Her team won their games! (More importantly, she got to spend some time with an outdoor cat on her walk back home.) I finished my portion of the leftover onion penne, and after catching up on dailies in various games, I went to the living room to play more Unicorn Overlord until Julie got home. I'm making good progress in Albion; I think I've reached approximately 97% total map completion, so the game shouldn't go much farther, I don't think.
Wednesday: it was a nice final workday in the workweek. We did another trip to the gym after we were both finished, but Julie wanted to get back to the apartment fast so she could finish making that garlic-and-oil pasta she makes sometimes. I figured we'd probably wind up watching something, except that by the time we were eating, it was already after 8. As such, we just followed our own pursuits. I called Dad after I finished eating to check up on how the birthday went; he's been working on the Y Flyer, though apparently there aren't really any lakes where they could sail it in their area. Everything's either a private lake, choked with motorboats, or way too large (like the Lake of the Ozarks).

Monday: Tumblr tells me it's been 8,000 days since 9/11. I spent the day trying to catch up on my work project, which I didn't quite pull off. After getting back from work, Julie went to her trivia night, but she texted me a photo of the weather alert showing a tornado watch had been declared for our area. We got plenty of rain, but if there were damaging winds or flooding, they missed our street. I had salad for dinner while watching people play Inscryption or listening to the 13 Sentinels arrangements album. Julie and I commiserated for a while about dermatology issues (as our sunburns are both lingering), but rather than make it an earl night, I had a bunch of updates here to post, first. I did finally give the cats their lickable treats: they were a big hit! Even Isabel cleaned a plate, and she doesn't have interest in most treats.

I printed a new phone list at work today. Our phone system updated such that we no longer need both agent and station numbers; we only use the latter, now. We had some departures: Christafina, Corbin, Delle, and Tanner left the department, while Clarissa just moved from CSC to Internet. We added Hiram (HR), Karina (KG), and Treshae (TJ) to CSC, along with Noelle (NS) and Philomena (PS) to Internet. (These latter two joined me and Stephanie H in the main bank office.) Jackey F wouldn't remain with us for very much longer, though. I'd issue the next phone bank list on September 17, 2020.

In other activity today, I wanted Starbound to be another Terraria, for some reason, but it kept disappointing me. This was the last time I'd play it before uninstalling.
Friday: at Side Pockets for dinner. Julie enjoyed something called a "Lynchberg Razzy".

Today marks the most recent time I played Portal on Steam.
Saturday: we designed and ordered our wedding cake today, along with the bride's brownies. It's exactly three months until our wedding!
