Tuesday: in the ongoing territorial dispute between John and Mim, John has reasserted his interest in access to the bathroom and kitchen, but luckily it seems like he's not antagonizing Mim to regain that access. They were even able to coexist in the kichen while I was making lunch today without growling or hissing at each other. John is excited to be back in the bathroom: he hasn't stopped using any of the other water sources in the apartment, but now he gets to drink from the faucet, lick water from the tub ledge, and watch droplets roll down the shower curtain. Part of it might be how cold the apartment has become over the last three days. It isn't miserably cold, but I've been wearing my slippers during work every morning, and whenever I take a shower, John wants to sit between the shower curtains, which seems like a warm place to be.
Speaking of the bathroom: the chain pull for the light over the mirror came off today, so I guess we won't be using that light anymore.
Much light last night, tonight's trivia game was preempted by the baseball game, so Julie made hot dogs and macaroni shells as a stopgap dinner arrangement. We finished off the second season of Ghosts, and there isn't any more, yet. After taking out the litter and the trash, I brought up the suitcase for our trip and ran a load of laundry. After finishing a couple of preview videos for the upcoming Showdown in the Badlands expansion for Hearthstone, I posted this update, and now it's back to FFXIV to continue my plans from yesterday.

Thanks to a giveaway at my job, we had free tickets to Cirque du Soleil at Intrust Bank Arena! It was "Crystal," their Christmas show. We enjoyed it!
