Wednesday: i.e. my Friday. It was an uneventful day at work, and afterwards we had the leftover spinach & bean soup while watching more It's Always Sunny. I played Hearthstone and Vampire Saviors while lying on the floor in the living room. The cats wanted enough attention that I wound up sleeping most of the night in the office.

Sunday: today, I felt the need to express just how satisfied I was by our purchase of a showerhead that lights up while water runs through it, and the coloration (red, green, or blue) indicates whether the water temperature is uncomfortably hot, comfortable, or uncomfortably cold. It's such a simple thing, yet I enjoy it so much.

Saturday: we went to Laser Quest with Courtney and Jess. You wouldn't know it for how infrequently I went, but loved this place; we came here for birthday parties and work retreats and my bachelor party. I have vivid memories of the ozone smell, of stomping up and down the various ramps, and of shouting "Marshal, marshal, marshal!" and the Code of Honor below. I didn't know it at the time, but this was probably one of the last times I'd get to go before it closed.
