Wednesday: had another late night such that I didn't really do anything with my morning. I can't tell that the laxative is doing anything for John, but he did resume eating his little tuna spoon snacks, so that's an enormous relief. I had some leftover salad for lunch, and for dinner, I made the veggie pasta with feta using the actual broiler. (In previous apartments, our oven didn't have the broiler drawer at the bottom, so we're accustomed to "broil" being a setting on the oven itself.) It worked well! Didn't wind up eating until after 8, so we just entertained ourselves, which means that I watched more of the Joseph Anderson Umineko streams while running timewalking dungeons in World of Warcraft.
Monday: a few calls, but mostly project work, including a new research responsibility. I shaved on my second break, but I should have replaced my razor head first, as I lacerated my chin. At Quizzo, our streak finally ended thanks to the team His Royal Oncologist beating us by like one point. This time around the picture rounds were based on an article about the fifty best movies associated somehow with Philadelphia, and thanks to some study sheets Julie prepared, we didn't miss a single point in either picture round. Phil and the Moodys had both already eaten, so Julie and I had the salad and pizza to ourselves. Back home, I fell asleep on the floor for a while, but I managed to get to bed shortly after 1 AM.
Sunday: after work, Julie made a soup with orecchiette pasta. Really good with parmesan. We played more Civ VI, though nothing stood out about the game. After she went to bed, I played more Final Fantasy XIV, starting right before they send you to revisit the Crystarium and ending shortly after a flying lesson from an unexpected tutor.

Every time I log into Puzzle Pirates goes something like this: I try to remember if I have an account I should use. I get set up somehow. I try to find my way to a tavern where I can play Treasure Drop. Nobody wants to play with me, or they take one look at my stats and assume I'm some sort of smurf account. I log out of Puzzle Pirates.
Anyway, that's what I did today.
