Wednesday: It's my Friday! My project at work continues with better progress than yesterday. I had a sandwich for lunch, and I noticed the cruise bloggers have reported the discontinuation of gratuities as part of All Included. We decided not to walk to the gym today due to drug side-effects. We finished the tortellini for dinner while watching more Poirot. I played the Hearthstone Tavern Brawl a few times (each turn, destroy all your minions and summon a void fragment with their combined stats) before playing FFXIV, but John kept trying to get my attention, and when the game switched between fullscreen and windowed mode, somehow the mouse cursor alignment was off by an inch or two. To activate non-keybound abilities, I had to click somewhere to the left of them. On the plus side, I've gotten so much Orbonne Monastery practice in that I can perform the mechanics even with a control malfunction. John's insistence grew to the point that I followed him into the office, where he wanted to nap on the desk while laying on my arm, so I watched some YouTube before posting this update.

Sunday: we spent much of the day trying to extricate Orange Juice and Grey Goose from Julie's engine compartment. (See yesterday's update for the full story.) We were ultimately successful!

Returning from Michigan: we took two flights to get back to Kansas City, MO, where we saw the DCX World Tour concert, followed by a 3+ hour drive home again.

An eventful day, if our Facebook updates are to be believed: I had John, Frank, and Pigs all on the bed with me, while Koop lied on Julie on the sofa. "Another feline ploy to keep the humans down," as Julie put it. We were able to extricate ourselves, and we joined Courtney and Jess (plus partners) at a bowling alley.
