Sunday: at work, I did a bunch of catch-up and Trade Sanctions emails. The gym closed for the holiday weekend before I got out, and since we were going to have all day together on Monday, we just did our own activities in the evening. I had been planning to play some War Within, but for some reason, I decided to test whether the library of fanfic over at Archive of Our Own would hold my interest. It served as a fascinating novelty, but none of the prevailing fandoms do much for me.
Friday: slept in until noon thanks to too many FFXIV videos. I had the second half of my sandwich from Newbold Cafe for lunch. My Free Company in FFXIV was doing treasure maps, so I joined them for a few hours. Julie had a meetup with one of her friends at Bok Bar, so I had dinner by myself. I prepared a creamy Thai curry chicken dinner. (Tasted great, but it's not enough by itself; I either need a vegetable on the side, or I need to mix in broccoli and watercress or something.)

Sunday: Julie found it hilarious that I'd watch Once Upon a Time in Hollywood with no foreknowledge of the connection between Sharon Tate and the Manson Family.
Saturday: we had dinner with Richard and Glen at Zaytun Mediterranean and Indo-Pak Bistro.
