Thursday: went shopping for my weekly groceries, plus the stuff I'll need for travel next week. The drive out was a little circuitous, since so many roads were closed. After I got everything, I picked up Taco Bell for lunch and made my way back home. Took a long nap in the afternoon. Julie had another winning game in the evening, but after vacuuming and starting my laundry, I got back into Tears of the Kingdom, in which I finally bought a house in Tarrey Town, did a bunch of shrines and sidequests, and completed Eventide Island and the liberation of the pirate-occupied town. Did I stay up too late in the process? It was definitely too late to bother updating my website, so you tell me.
Tuesday: woke up at 5:30 AM and joined the Butts for some patch day activity in Final Fantasy XIV. With the Tomestone of Tenfold Pageantry grind over, I could catch up on my progression backlog. I completed the last alliance raid for Myths of the Realm, and likewise finished the Omega series quests. I need to continue the Eden series after this before I can start the 5.5 MSQ.
I didn't get much done on the accounting project today since my coworkers kept requesting that I check their work. At least this process has given me a lot more confidence in my procedural skills.
After work, I made spaghetti for dinner. Julie was drained from work and elected we entertain ourselves, so I finished the Endwalker streams I'd been watching. I took out the litter, trash, and recycling, and I plan to crash once I finish these updates.
(What really happened was that I stayed up for another couple hours creating interstitial pages for each month, like this one, and linked them up for all of my entries between January 1 and April 30.)

Friday: we took a 5:30 AM flight to Peoria, IL, as Angie's getting married tomorrow. We checked some restaurants, but the only option that wasn't going to have an extreme wait was Applebee's, so Kristen joined us for dinner there. For reasons I cannot recall, Kristen had to provide her name to the hostess as "Barbie", and when she tried to order a glass of wine, they couldn't find their corkscrew, so she went without wine.

Saturday: our little kitten, Koop, has been shadowing me all day. She skulked under the covers in bed in the morning; she slept at my feet in the office. When I took my shower, she pawed at the shower liner.
